Lately, I have been getting more than the usual amount of internet fraud attempts. This wastes my time because I then have to turn all that information over to the FBI including the IP information and then void out the order. Listen you dirt-bags attempting fraud on my site. You will never, ever be able to rip me off. I take absolutely no chances. Online theft from me is not possible. Sending your butts to jail is possible though. Go bother someone else! Thanks.

Shopping Page Index and Related Use Instructions
All products sold on this site are placed on specific categorized pages to keep the site organized and ease your shopping experience. For example, if you are looking for a new model kit, simply click the link MODEL KITS to view our page showing all our kits listed by manufacturer. Every shopping area page has links to all other shopping areas, our HOME page and back to this INFORMATION page listed in a section both at the start and the end. You may browse freely through all areas and select products to be submitted to a virtual shopping cart as you like. All items selected will be kept in the cart's memory while you shop. These items may be purchased at any time by selecting the purchase method and pressing the "Purchase" button on the bottom left corner of the "View Cart" page. You will be forwarded to view your shopping cart contents each time an item is placed into your cart and/or by clicking the "View" cart contents icon on each page. Items placed in your shopping cart are not purchased until you select to do so. Any item may be removed from your cart by clicking the "Remove" button for that item in the carts view. To purchase two of an item, change the "Quantity" number in the carts view to "2" and click the "Change" button below it. When you are finished shopping, please choose the shipping and payment option you like on the bottom left portion of the View Cart page and click "Purchase for $ ??.??". You will then be brought to a page to enter your general information and addresses. If you have selected to use our secure online credit card processing services, after pressing "ENTER" at the bottom of the page you will be forwarded to our secure page where you will need to add in your credit card information. Payment Options
PayPal: PayPal payment services are an option to purchase goods and services through our company. If you elect to use PayPal, be sure you are a Verified Member with a Confirmed Address. The Confirmed Address of your PayPal account is the only place we will ship your products to. These features give us seller protection against fraud. Not a Verified Member with a Confirmed Address to ship to = no way we will sell to you using PayPal.
Credit Cards: All credit card transactions are processed and authorized by a state-of-the-art secure online server. All credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address that the issuing bank has on record. If any information given cannot be verified and matched, the order will not be shipped. Every possible effort is taken to prevent credit card fraud. If you prefer, you may call in your credit card information. Credit Card purchases are not allowed to orders outside the US to countries where Address Verification and CVV2 matching Services are not available.
Credit Card & Miscellaneous Fraud Notice
There has been a continually growing number of attempts to steal from our R/C company by criminals trying to make fraudulent purchases with bad credit cards and altered documents. Most of these are from foreign countries attempting to use a stolen credit card with a different "Billing" address than the "Ship To" address. Any orders that are found to be fraudulent are turned in to the police and/or The Federal Bureau of Investigation along with all research data collected and the true owner of the credit card attempting to be used is notified immediately. We will make every attempt to see that credit card fraud criminals are prosecuted. All fraudulent purchases will be assessed a $30 fee plus 18% annual interest compounded daily to the merchandise account balance due on a monthly basis until the balance is paid in full.
Check or Money Order: You may elect to pay by check or money order. Mail your payment to us in US funds along with the invoice. We will process your order on arrival of your payment. Payments made by personal checks will not be shipped until cleared by our bank. Money Orders will be verified for authenticity before products can be shipped.
COD: Items may be purchased collect on delivery for an additional handling charge.
COD shipping is only available in the United States. In most cases,
we now send out orders under $1000 using Priority Mail to be paid for by Cash
Only, extra charges do apply. Special rules
do apply to COD orders before they can be paid for by Money Orders or Certified Checks. Originally, COD orders were allowed to be paid for only by Money Orders. Recently, we lost an expensive shipment that was paid for by a perfectly altered Western Union Money Order. With this incident we found out that Money Orders are an
even less safe and reliable means to transfer funds than by personal check because Western Union would not stand behind payment of their
alterable document. It has now become necessary to only allow COD shipments to go out after these rules are followed.

Shipping In The Continental US
All products shipped by standard ground UPS or equivalent unless other methods are requested. A standard charge of $7.99 is applied to all orders in the continental US. Unusually large or heavy items that require added costs to ship will show these extra charges in their price listing. Special shipping instructions may be requested in the comment box provided on the order form. I will contact you in response to any special requests to quote added costs and other details ASAP. All shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Outside The Continental US
We will not falsify legal shipping documents under any circumstances. Relatively speaking, any duty charges that are assessed on the shipment when passing through customs we have no control over and are fully the responsibility of the customer. If any delivery is refused and returned to us, all shipping charges will be subtracted from any amounts refundable to the customer. Orders requiring our filling out of export paperwork may be assessed added an service charge which will be disclosed by invoice for the customer to review and approval. For all products we ship outside the US, we use the US Airmail Parcel Post Service unless hazardous and/or flammable products are included which will force the package to go by surface means. We will use other delivery services if you request at your expense. We recommend packaged be insured, but costs for this will increase shipping expense. All orders to countries that the US Postal Service is not considering insurable must be paid for in advance by certified check in US funds before we can process and ship the package. We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to uninsurable destinations and no refunds can be made for items not returned. The shipping cost shown on our web site is an estimate. Actual shipping cost can vary due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified of the actual shipping costs by email. Under no circumstances are shipping and insurance costs refundable.
Backorders
Every effort is made to keep this site up to date. When a normally stocked item becomes out of stock, a note is made to that effect for that item as soon as possible. It is still possible your order may contain an item or quantity of an item that cannot be immediately filled due to stock limitations. In this case you will be notified of the problem. If you choose to do a backorder of any items, your credit card will not be charged for these products until the day they are shipped. Specialty items may require added shipping charges be applied. You will be notified if any added charges are needed.
Warranties and Guarantee's
All warranties and guarantee's, including missing items, are handled directly by the manufacturer of that item. Should there be any problem with a product, you (The Customer) will need to contact the manufacturer to obtain service. Manufacturer contact information is available upon request. We must be contacted for a return authorization number before returning items for any reason. We cannot accept returned items that have been opened or are not in their original sealed factory containers.
Limitation on Liability
Altepeter Technical Services D.B.A. Kevin's Remote Control Products & Services will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Altepeter Technical Services D.B.A. Kevin's Remote Control Products & Services has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. The customer accepts all liabilities that may result when using the products.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Altepeter Technical Services D.B.A. Kevin's Remote Control Products & Services reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Credit card billing information you supply to us must match the billing information that the credit card company has on file for that card or your order can not be processed using that card. If any problem causes an inability to fill your order, you will be contacted by us as soon as possible.
