THE STORY ON THIS ITEM...
This is from my shop. It was purchased with the intention of going into a small-time matching business and re-matching service. This never took off for me, so I will let this machine go. It is an earlier 30 amp version, but has the new "Actual Internal Resistance" version software. The latest 4/35 units discharge at 5 amps more, but this is not necessary. In fact, 30 amps is abusive enough. I have built packs from cells that tested out great at 35 amps, but died in the first cycles on the track. You see, for a six cell pack to have each cell put out 35 amps, the model would need to be pulling 210 amps continuously. Unless you are testing cells to use in an R/C Dragster, you don't need to match at higher than 30 amps. Anyway, this unit is in perfect shape. New Turbomatcher 4/35 units sell for $695.
